"I think they wouldn't have figured it out as yet and might want to operate with separate teams for may be six to 12 months and then take a call on what they would really like to do with executives handling similar roles. Both teams have their relationships in place and the merged entity will have to evaluate the synergies and take a call accordingly," said Umesh Luthria, an independent hospitality strategist.
